We\u2019re\nseeking a skilled MEP BIM Engineer to develop and manage accurate BIM models,\nensuring coordination across all building services and alignment with architectural\nand structural elements.<\/span><\/span>

Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

  • Create\n and manage MEP BIM models from design or as\-built data.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Coordinate\n MEP services with other disciplines in a BIM environment.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Prepare\n detailed models (various LODs) and shop drawings.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Conduct\n clash detection and prepare reports.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Support\n the team in project delivery and coordination tasks.<\/span><\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>

    Requirements:<\/span><\/span><\/b>
    <\/p>

    • Degree\n in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Proficiency\n in Revit MEP, AutoCAD MEP, Navisworks.<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Strong\n understanding of MEP systems and BIM workflows.<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Scan\n to BIM / Point Cloud conversion skills preferred.<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Experience\n with Dynamo is a plus.<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Familiarity\n with US projects is preferred.<\/span><\/span>
