Sr. Engineering Project Manager, Video Apps

You are detail-oriented and organized, with deep experience working across Engineering, Design, and QA. You thrive in hands-on environments, anticipate dependencies before they become blockers, and bring both structure and strategic thinking to everything you work on. Minimum Qualifications 10+ years in an Engineering Project Management role with a proven record of delivering software through the full project lifecycle, or we may consider an equivalent experience. 8+ years collaborating with Engineering, Design, and QA to ship applications and/or frameworks across multiple cross-functional teams. 4+ years hands-on experience using AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making. Master's degree in a related field, or we may consider a Bachelor's degree in a related field with an equivalent experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience managing complexity in fast-moving environments. Excellent communication skills -- able to filter and distill information for the right audience at the right time. Comfortable navigating ambiguity, resolving conflicts, and leading teams to decisions. Self-directed, technically oriented, and accountable. Preferred Qualifications Experience with post-production video editing software and technology.
