Position Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail\-oriented Procurement & Materials Planning Executive to manage procurement operations, material planning, inventory coordination, and end\-to\-end P2P (Procure\-to\-Pay) activities in a manufacturing/EMS environment. The role focuses on ensuring timely material availability, effective inventory management, supplier coordination, and smooth execution of procurement and production support activities.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & P2P Operations
<\/h2>

• Manage complete P2P (Procure\-to\-Pay) cycle activities.

• Handle procurement activities from PR (Purchase Requisition) to PO (Purchase Order) creation and closure.
  <\/li>
• Coordinate with suppliers for order confirmation, delivery schedules, and material follow\-up.
  <\/li>
• Monitor procurement timelines and ensure timely material availability for production.
  <\/li><\/ul>

  Material Requirement Planning (MRP)
  <\/h2>

  • Execute and monitor MRP activities based on production plans and project requirements.
    <\/li>
  • Analyze material shortages, lead times, and demand forecasts.
    <\/li>
  • Coordinate with planning and production teams to align procurement with manufacturing schedules.
    <\/li>
  • Support material planning for ongoing and upcoming projects.
    <\/li><\/ul>

    Inventory Management
    <\/h2>

    • Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages and excess stock.
      <\/li>
    • Track slow\-moving, non\-moving, and blocked inventory.
      <\/li>
    • Coordinate with stores and planning teams for inventory optimization.
      <\/li>
    • Ensure inventory accuracy and material traceability.
      <\/li><\/ul>

      GRN & IQC Coordination
      <\/h2>

      • Coordinate GRN (Goods Receipt Note) activities with stores and warehouse teams.
        <\/li>
      • Work closely with IQC (Incoming Quality Control) teams to ensure timely inspection and clearance of materials.
        <\/li>
      • Resolve material discrepancies, rejection issues, and supplier\-related concerns.

        Material Tracking & Build Readiness
        <\/h2>

        • Maintain and update material tracker for all active projects and production requirements.
          <\/li>
        • Track ETD (Estimated Time of Delivery) and shipment status from suppliers.
          <\/li>
        • Ensure \u201cClear to Build\u201d status by confirming complete material readiness prior to production release.
          <\/li>
        • Provide regular updates on material availability and shortages to stakeholders.

          Cross\-Functional Coordination
