About The Team
We are looking for a Sr. Financial Analyst to join our growing Finance team. Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role will be a key contributor to our financial planning, reporting, and analysis processes as we scale into a global finance organization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytically rigorous, and comfortable working cross-functionally to support consolidated reporting across the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statement.
A Day In The Life Of Our Sr. Financial Analyst:
- Developing and maintaining the 3-year financial plan, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), quarterly forecast updates, and monthly outlook cycle
- Serve as a key contributor to the consolidation of the company's P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statement across business units and geographies, ensuring accuracy and consistency as we build out a global finance function
- Act as the US regional liaison to the Global Manufacturing Finance function, supporting cross-regional alignment and serving as the primary point of contact for US-based manufacturing finance matters
- Build and maintain financial models, templates, and tools — including deal calculators, scenario models, and ROI frameworks — to support business analysis across Commercial, R&D, and G&A teams
- Develop and maintain financial dashboards, KPIs, and metrics that provide visibility into business performance for senior management
- Prepare variance analysis, trend analysis, and key driver commentary on a monthly and quarterly basis, translating results into clear, actionable insights
- Partner with the accounting team to understand actuals vs. budget variances and support reconciliation of consolidated financials
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly Board of Directors (BOD) materials and ad hoc financial analyses for management and investors
- Perform scenario analysis across gross margin, OpEx, and cash flow to support business decisions
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to support reporting needs and contribute to the build-out of Noah's analytics infrastructure
- Identify opportunities to automate and streamline recurring finance processes, leveraging tools and AI to increase efficiency and analytical capacity
About You
- 3–5 years of FP&A or related finance experience, ideally in a high-growth or MedTech environment
- Strong financial modeling skills with advanced Excel proficiency; experience with ERP and planning tools (e.g., NetSuite, DoubleFin, Tableau) a plus
- Demonstrated experience with consolidated financial reporting across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
- Strong analytical and communication skills — able to distill complex data into clear summaries for non-finance stakeholders
- Hands-on experience applying AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) to finance workflows such as variance analysis, reporting automation, or financial modeling; comfort experimenting with and scaling new tools in a fast-moving environment
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
