Sr Full Stack Software Engineer (.NET and React)

We are seeking a skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with expertise in .NET, Node.js, and React to join our dynamic development team in Serbia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end development, and the ability to work in an agile environment.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Develop, test, and maintain .NET web application and integrations
  • Build responsive and dynamic user interfaces with React, Redux, and related front-end technologies
  • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security
  • Integrate third-party APIs and services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, digital product owners, and other developers, to deliver high-quality software solutions
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices
  • Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure application reliability
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve development processes

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in successfully developing data driven, transactional websites
  • C#/ASP.NET
  • SQL Server
  • Cloud Experience with Azure (preferred), AWS or GCP
  • React, Redux
  • Entity Framework, MVC, Web API, LINQ, SQL

WE VALUE:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Prior use of a complex SDK and demonstrated understanding of extension and maintainability of the SDK customizations
  • Understanding of API security, Identity, SSO/SAML
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Implementation experience for website/mobile integrations with ERP, PIM, and other digital tools
  • Ability to manage multiple complex items/projects and prioritize competing priorities
  • Experience participating in successful projects with cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional communications skills both written and verbal
  • Experience/background with eCommcerce
  • Ability to understand complex systems and related data to surface actionable insights, demonstrate sound judgment and decision-making skills
  • Creativity and problem-solving skills to work around obstacles and solve problems with minimal direction
