About
The Global Social & Advocacy Specialist is responsible for the strategic management and execution of Dr.G's global social media, strengthen brand community relationships and advocacy initiatives. This role focuses on developing and operating global social strategies, leading influencer and advocacy campaigns, and delivering data-driven insights to optimize social and advocacy performance across markets.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute social-first content plans aligned with Dr.G's global social strategy and brand guidelines.
• Develop compelling brand and product storytelling, translating key brand messages, campaign themes, and product benefits into engaging social content tailored to Instagram and TikTok.
• Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, creators, and production partners to develop, produce, and deliver global social content.
• Monitor and analyze global social conversations, consumer sentiment, and emerging trends across platforms to identify relevant insights.
• Translate social listening insights into actionable inputs to inform content direction, platform strategy, and advocacy planning.
• Coordinate crisis communication processes, ensuring timely and aligned responses to issues that may impact brand reputation.
• Manage end-to-end execution and governance of global influencer and advocacy programs, including identification, briefing, negotiation, campaign execution, and relationship management.
• Build long-term partnerships aligned with brand objectives and support the management of ongoing advocacy initiatives across markets.
• Lead day-to-day monitoring, analysis, and reporting of digital, social, and advocacy initiatives using analytics tools.
• Translate data-driven insights into actionable recommendations to optimize engagement and support business objectives.
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in global social media, digital marketing, or advocacy-related roles, preferably within the beauty, FMCG, or lifestyle sectors.
• Proven track record in developing and executing digital and social strategies.
• Deep expertise in influencer marketing, owned and earned media management, and digital content strategy.
• Exceptional analytical and data interpretation skills, with experience using analytics tools to drive performance optimization.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking ability, with a results-driven mindset, including the capacity to identify growth opportunities and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Preferred
• Experience in the beauty, FMCG, or lifestyle sectors.
• Proficiency in additional languages beyond English.
• Portfolio submission encouraged.
