Using established BAS <\/span>system <\/span>standards <\/span>in <\/span>US <\/span>geography, <\/span>responsible <\/span>for <\/span>hardware <\/span>designs <\/span>and software <\/span>programming <\/span>for <\/span>HVAC <\/span>control <\/span>systems <\/span>to meet <\/span>the <\/span>intent <\/span>of <\/span>the <\/span>project <\/span>requirements. Provides detailed information and submittals to\ncommunicate design and operation to customers, consultants, field installation <\/span>team and subcontractors.<\/span>
<\/p>

  • Creates hardware designs from\nMechanical drawings, Piping and Instrumentation and Electrical Drawings. Has\nability to develop sequence of operations those will be implemented <\/span>in <\/span>the <\/span>Building <\/span>Automation <\/span>Controllers, <\/span>prepare <\/span>overall <\/span>bill <\/span>of material, network layouts and\nelectrical schematics as required. Create OT network/automation Architecture\nfor the project.<\/span>

  • Coordinates<\/span> <\/span>the<\/span> <\/span>creation<\/span> <\/span>of necessary<\/span> <\/span>drawings<\/span> <\/span>and equipment\nschedules<\/span> <\/span>for submittals <\/span>and installation.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Create<\/span> <\/span>wiring<\/span> <\/span>diagrams,<\/span> <\/span>Panel<\/span> <\/span>Designs.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Has <\/span>ability <\/span>to <\/span>select <\/span>Sensors, <\/span>Actuators, <\/span>Controllers, <\/span>gateways, <\/span>from <\/span>the <\/span>suppliers <\/span>and create overall Bill of quantities.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Gathers <\/span>field <\/span>changes <\/span>from <\/span>the <\/span>project <\/span>team <\/span>and <\/span>creates <\/span>as\-built <\/span>drawings <\/span>Prepares proper documentation and/or manuals for system operation.<\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>
    • Knowledge <\/span>of <\/span>Controls <\/span>Networking, <\/span>Mechanical <\/span>equipment <\/span>like <\/span>Chillers, <\/span>Cooling Towers, <\/span>AHUs, <\/span>VAVs, <\/span>FCUs, <\/span>Non\-DDC <\/span>systems <\/span>like <\/span>Unit <\/span>Heaters, <\/span>Thermostat <\/span>based <\/span>controls, <\/span>is familiar with <\/span>major\nDDC systems <\/span>from <\/span>Honeywell and JCI , is <\/span>aware <\/span>of challenges <\/span>in legacy <\/span><\/span>migration projects.<\/span> <\/span>Niagara/<\/span> <\/span>Metasys<\/span> <\/span>knowledge<\/span> <\/span>and<\/span> <\/span>experience<\/span> <\/span>preferred.<\/span>

    • Supporting <\/span>skills <\/span>and <\/span>ability <\/span>to <\/span>write <\/span>simple <\/span>software <\/span>controls <\/span>Implementations. <\/span><\/span>
