Sr.HR Recruiter

We Uniservice a technology driven facility management, looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented <\/span><\/span>Senior Recruiter & HR Operations Specialist<\/b> <\/span>to manage <\/span><\/span>end\-to\-end recruitment processes and HR operations functions<\/b>. The role requires strong expertise in <\/span><\/span>talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, compliance, and employee engagement<\/b>. The ideal candidate should be a strategic thinker, excellent communicator, and hands\-on HR professional.<\/span>

  • Manage <\/span>end\-to\-end recruitment life cycle<\/b> <\/span>for lateral and bulk hiring.
    <\/li>
  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand manpower needs.
    <\/li>
  • Source candidates through <\/span>job portals, social media, referrals, headhunting, and networking<\/b>.
    <\/li>
  • Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on <\/span>technical and behavioral competencies<\/b>.
    <\/li>
  • Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and manage <\/span>offer roll outs and closures<\/b>.
    <\/li>
  • Build and maintain <\/span>talent pipelines<\/b> <\/span>for future hiring.
    <\/li>
  • Track recruitment metrics: <\/span>TAT, cost per hire, joining ratio, and offer acceptance ratio<\/b>.
    <\/li>
  • Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and ATS records.
    <\/li>
  • Drive <\/span>employee engagement activities, surveys, and retention programs<\/b>.
    <\/li>
  • Handle employee grievances and promote <\/span>positive employee relations<\/b>.
    <\/li>
  • Support <\/span>performance improvement plans<\/b>
    <\/li>
  • Manage <\/span>onboarding, induction, documentation, and confirmation processes<\/b>.

    Required Skills & Competencies<\/b>

    • Strong knowledge of end\-to\-end recruitment and HR operations<\/b>.

    • Hands\-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) and ATS tools<\/b>.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Thorough knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance<\/b>.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and problem\-solving skills<\/b>.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • High proficiency in MS Excel, HRIS systems, and reporting dashboards<\/b>.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • MBA / PGDM in Human Resources Management<\/b> or equivalent.
