We are looking for a (Sr.) HR Specialist Comp & Ben based in Diegem. You will support the HR Director and HR BP's in your areas of expertise. You will participate in design and ensure implementation and execution of Rewards strategy, employee and executive compensation and benefits programs/plans, incl. international mobility and expat, and conduct market benchmarking to align employee pay levels with the external and internal value of jobs as well as employees performance in line with business needs, Rewards philosophy and plans, best practices and local legal requirements. In this role you will also ensure implementation of the HRIS programs/plans.
How will you contribute to the success of DHL?- Support the HR Director, HRBP's and managers regarding in your areas of expertise
- Contribute to the design and ensure drafting, updating and implementation of Compensation & Benefits (C&B) programs and reward policies that are aligned with the company's business objectives for all staff levels.
- Ensure that compensation and benefits policies are adhered to.
- Analyze legislative, market and actuarial trends and projections.
- Provide consulting on C&B matters (e.g. interpret policy) and analysis for Business Managers.
- Conduct salary and benefits administration (bonus, CLA 90, warrants, mobility budget, flex benefit cafetaria plan, insurances, no payroll), analysis of compensation surveys and obtain all necessary information in order to prepare individual and collective compensation proposals, approvals and/or pay-out (hiring, promotion, special assignments, bonus and merit process, …).
- Conduct regular information sessions for managers and employees regarding the Comp & Ben topics.
- Data collection about company's Compensation and Benefit policies.
- Handle and resolve difficult C&B issues.
- Contribute to the design of C&B related business intelligence, taking business strategies into account.
- Responsible for the supervision and execution of the International Mobility and Expat practices in coordination with third parties.
- Responsible for the supervision and execution of temp labor and internships
- Subject Matter Expert, Change Manager, and Administration back-up for the HRIS systems.
- Handle and resolve moderately complex HRIS issues.
- Back-up of the HR Business Partners & general HR Business Partner support.
Do you have what it takes?- Master’s degree or equivalent through experience.
- HR/C&B/Legal/Business Administration certification.
- Experience more than 6 years.
- Expert knowledge of Belgian Compensation & Benefits.
- Good knowledge of other HR processes.
- Good knowledge of Excel.
- Communication and influencing skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and relationship building ability.
- Negotiating skills.
- Innovatively & adaptability.
- An inclination to compliance and standard control.
- Cross-cultural competence and problem solving ability.
- Demonstrated success in process improvement.
