As the Senior HR Generalist, Global, you will play a pivotal role in managing end\-to\-end HR \noperations for both the India and US teams within a SaaS\-based, high\-growth environment. This \nrole requires strong expertise in US HR processes, including US payroll, 401(k), benefits \nadministration, and US compliance, along with experience supporting a technology/SaaS \nworkforce. You will collaborate closely with leadership to build a productive, inclusive, and \nhigh\-performing workplace.

Onboarding<\/b>
<\/div>
<\/div>
● Facilitate onboarding for India and US employees by preparing all pre\- and post\-joining \ndocuments.
<\/div>
<\/div>
● Conduct new hire orientation and ensure seamless integration into the organization.
<\/div>
<\/div>
● Manage enrollment in medical insurance, PF, and 401(k), and other global benefit \nprograms.
<\/div>
<\/div>
<\/div>
<\/div>
Employee Record & File Management <\/b>
<\/div>
<\/div>
● Maintain accurate employee records: contracts, master files, annual review letters, and \nHRMS updates.
<\/div>
<\/div>
● Support legal teams in breach\-of\-contract cases or compliance concerns.
<\/div>
<\/div>
<\/div>
<\/div>
Employee Engagement <\/b>
<\/div>
<\/div>
● Lead global engagement activities tailored for a SaaS workforce.
<\/div>
<\/div>
● Administer employee benefits programs (India + US), including health insurance, \nretirement plans, 401(k), and wellness benefits.

<\/div>
● Guide benefit utilization, claims, and employee queries.
<\/div>
<\/div>
<\/div>
<\/div>
Strategic Partnership<\/b>
<\/div>
<\/div>
● Work closely with global leadership to align HR strategy with business goals in a \nfast\-paced SaaS organizational setup.
<\/div>
<\/div>
● Support workforce planning, employee development, and retention initiatives.
<\/div>
<\/div>
<\/div>
<\/div>
Recruitment <\/b>
<\/div>
<\/div>
● Partner with hiring managers to fulfill talent needs across departments, including \nCXO\-level roles.
<\/div>
<\/div>
● Support hiring for SaaS/technology positions, ensuring strong cultural and role fit.
<\/div>
<\/div>
<\/div>
<\/div>
Performance Management <\/b>
<\/div>
<\/div>
● Manage end\-to\-end performance cycles for India and US teams.
<\/div>
<\/div>
● Drive feedback mechanisms, ensure timely documentation, and maintain HR systems.

<\/div>
HR Policy & Compliance <\/b>
<\/div>
<\/div>
● Ensure compliance with US Federal, India Federal, and Haryana State employment \nlaws.
<\/div>
<\/div>
● Update and implement policies relevant to global SaaS operations.
<\/div>
<\/div>
<\/div>
<\/div>
HR Analytics <\/b>
<\/div>
<\/div>
● Use HR data to identify trends, forecast workforce needs, and support strategic \ndecisions.
<\/div>
<\/div>
● Develop dashboards and reports for leadership.
<\/div>

Offboarding <\/b>
<\/div>
<\/div>
● Drive smooth offboarding for global employees.
<\/div>
<\/div>
● Manage removal from health insurance, 401(k) plans, and coordinate full and final \nsettlements.
<\/div>

<\/div>
Qualifications:<\/b>
<\/div>
<\/div>
Master\u2019s degree in HR.
<\/div>
<\/div>
● 8\u201310 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a SaaS or technology \norganization.
<\/div>
<\/div>
● Mandatory: Experience working with US HR processes (payroll basics, benefits, 401(k), \nUS compliance & employee documentation).
<\/div>
<\/div>
● Minimum 3\u20135 years in a strategic HRBP or senior HR generalist role.
<\/div>
<\/div>
● Strong understanding of US Federal labor laws, Indian labor laws, and state\-specific \nregulations.
<\/div>
<\/div>
● Excellent Excel (VLOOKUP, sorting, filtering) and PowerPoint skills.
<\/div>
<\/div>
● Strong analytical and HRIS/ATS experience (preferably SaaS HR tools).
<\/div>
<\/div>
● Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
<\/div>
<\/div>
● Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
<\/div>
<\/div>
● Experience managing background checks and reference checks for senior\-level (CXO) \nroles.
<\/div>
<\/div>
● Experience working in dynamic, fast\-paced, global environments.
