Sr. Linux System Administrator

  • Linux Server Administration and Management<\/span><\/span>

  • Candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting of tickets, monitoring the server infrastructure and handling escalated tickets of low to medium complexity<\/span>

  • Deliverables will include ticket ownership, response, resolution and update and handle escalated tickets from various levels.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Ensure adherence to customer SLAs across all levels<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Collaborate with fellow system administrators and support team members<\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>
    • Thorough knowledge of Linux Server Environment<\/span><\/span>

    • Experience in web hosting industry preferred<\/span><\/span>

    • Ability to multitask and handle pressure<\/span><\/span>
