Sr. Linux System Administrator
- Linux Server Administration and Management<\/span><\/span>

<\/li>- Installing and configuring server & application software<\/span>
<\/li>- Creating and maintaining user accounts<\/span>
<\/li>- Working on Virtualization Technologies<\/span>
<\/li>- Candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting of tickets, monitoring the server infrastructure and handling escalated tickets of low to medium complexity<\/span>
<\/li>- Deliverables will include ticket ownership, response, resolution and update and handle escalated tickets from various levels.<\/span>
<\/li>- Ensure adherence to customer SLAs across all levels<\/span>
<\/li>- Collaborate with fellow system administrators and support team members<\/span>

- Thorough knowledge of Linux Server Environment<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Experience in web hosting industry preferred<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Outstanding troubleshooting skills<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Ability to multitask and handle pressure<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Excellent communication skills<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Ownership and follow\-up skills<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Should be able to perform independently and in teams<\/span><\/span>
