The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with at least 8+ years of experience, preferably within the advertising or digital marketing sector.<\/span>

What will you do:<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/u>\u2022Financial Reporting and Analysis:<\/b> Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and forecasts. Conduct in\-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.<\/span>

\u2022Budgeting and Forecasting:<\/b> Develop and manage the annual budgeting process in coordination with department heads. Monitor and analyze budget performance and provide recommendations for adjustments as needed.<\/span>

\u2022Compliance and Regulatory Reporting: <\/b>Ensure compliance with Indian accounting standards (Ind AS) and tax regulations. Prepare and submit all necessary financial reports and filings to regulatory authorities.<\/span>

\u2022Cash Flow Management:<\/b> Monitor cash flow and liquidity to ensure the company's financial stability. Implement effective cash management strategies.<\/span>
<\/p>

\u2022Audit and Taxation:<\/b> Coordinate and manage annual financial audits, liaising with external auditors. Oversee tax compliance, including GST, income tax, and other applicable taxes.<\/span>
<\/p>

\u2022Financial Process Improvement:<\/b> Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency. Implement best practices in accounting and finance operations.<\/span>
<\/p>

\u2022Treasury and Banking Operations:<\/b> Manage banking relationships, including negotiations, credit facilities, and day\-to\-day transactions. Monitor and analyze interest rates and investment opportunities.<\/span>
<\/p>

\u2022Team Leadership and Development:<\/b> Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the finance team members. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the department.<\/span>

\u2022ERP System Management: <\/b>Oversee the utilization and maintenance of the company's ERP system for financial operations.<\/span>
<\/p>

\u2022Advisory and Strategic Planning:<\/b> Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision\-making. Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company goals.<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>

\u2022<\/span>Preferred <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>CA with excellent experience in MIS &\nConsolidation or <\/span>Bachelor\u2019s/ Masters's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
\u2022Worked with accounts and finance department with 8+ years\u2019 experience in Service Industry.
\u2022Thorough knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other regulations.
\u2022Basic understanding of relevant tax, accounting, and audit concepts.<\/span>
