Sr. Manager/AVP-Sales (B2B International Sales)

We are seeking an experienced <\/span><\/span><\/span>Sr. Manager/AVP\-Sales <\/span><\/span><\/span>(B2B International Sales) to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of driving sales growth in the international market, with a focus on B2B sales. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work during night shifts from our office location. <\/span><\/span><\/span>

  1. Identifying where process improvements can be made and developing sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  2. Recruiting and hiring sales staff and developing training programs. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  3. Managing sales teams and maintaining sales operations by tracking daily, weekly, and monthly performance on KPIs.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  4. Outlining and managing sales budgets. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  5. Setting quarterly and annual sales goals and motivating the sales teams to achieve their goals. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  6. Monitoring the market and competitor products and activities and providing detailed sales forecasting. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  7. Reviewing customer activity, anticipating consumer needs, and improving customer satisfaction. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  8. Creating sales reports and providing feedback to the leadership team at company meetings. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  9. Establishing and maintaining key customer relationships. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  10. Ensuring the proper use of CRM databases and tools to track performance<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  11. Working with the marketing department to design print and online promotional materials for the company's products and services.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>
    1. Bachelor's degree in a business\-related field. <\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>

    2. Master's degree in a business\-related field may be advantageous. <\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>

    3. Minimum of 7 years experience working in a selling role and with sales technology and CRM software especially in foreign markets. <\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>

    4. In\-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques. <\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>

    5. Strong working knowledge of the company's products, competitive products, and the market. <\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>

    6. Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.<\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>

    7. Great strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills.<\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>

    8. Willing to put in extra effort to reach sales targets.<\/span>
