Sr. Manager/AVP-Sales (B2B International Sales)
We are seeking an experienced <\/span><\/span><\/span>Sr. Manager/AVP\-Sales <\/span><\/span><\/span>(B2B International Sales) to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of driving sales growth in the international market, with a focus on B2B sales. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work during night shifts from our office location. <\/span><\/span><\/span> Responsibilities: <\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span> Identifying where process improvements can be made and developing sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals. <\/span><\/span><\/span> Recruiting and hiring sales staff and developing training programs. <\/span><\/span><\/span> Managing sales teams and maintaining sales operations by tracking daily, weekly, and monthly performance on KPIs.<\/span><\/span><\/span> Outlining and managing sales budgets. <\/span><\/span><\/span> Setting quarterly and annual sales goals and motivating the sales teams to achieve their goals. <\/span><\/span><\/span> Monitoring the market and competitor products and activities and providing detailed sales forecasting. <\/span><\/span><\/span> Reviewing customer activity, anticipating consumer needs, and improving customer satisfaction. <\/span><\/span><\/span> Creating sales reports and providing feedback to the leadership team at company meetings. <\/span><\/span><\/span> Establishing and maintaining key customer relationships. <\/span><\/span><\/span> Ensuring the proper use of CRM databases and tools to track performance<\/span><\/span><\/span> Working with the marketing department to design print and online promotional materials for the company's products and services.<\/span><\/span><\/span> Bachelor's degree in a business\-related field. <\/span> Master's degree in a business\-related field may be advantageous. <\/span> Minimum of 7 years experience working in a selling role and with sales technology and CRM software especially in foreign markets. <\/span> In\-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques. <\/span> Strong working knowledge of the company's products, competitive products, and the market. <\/span> Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.<\/span> Great strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills.<\/span> Willing to put in extra effort to reach sales targets.<\/span> How to Apply:<\/span> You can apply online on our careers page (<\/span>https://www.venture7.com/career/<\/span><\/a>).
