Overview The Foot Locker marketing team is the heartbeat of Foot Locker, uniquely positioned to bring cross-functional departments together to develop and execute marketing programs. As the Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in leading cross-channel marketing strategies that drive business growth and consumer engagement. This role is focused on connecting the dots between brand campaigns, seasonal initiatives, product launches, and retail moments to ensure seamless execution across all Foot Locker consumer touchpoints. In this role you will develop strategic marketing plans that integrate media, digital, social, and activations to create a cohesive and impactful experience for our Foot Locker customers. This candidate will require a strong balance of analytical thinking, strategic planning, and executional excellence to drive engagement and conversion. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that align brand, digital, and retail marketing efforts to maximize impact. Lead go-to-market planning for key campaigns and product launches, ensuring a 360-degree marketing approach. Partner with media, digital, CRM, social, and in-store teams to create seamless consumer experiences across all touchpoints. Drive alignment across internal teams and external partners to ensure marketing initiatives are optimized and executed effectively. Analyze marketing performance data and consumer insights to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI. Identify opportunities for innovative cross-channel activations that drive engagement and business growth. Lead the development of toolkits and marketing guidelines to support regional and local execution. Qualifications Key Qualifications & Skills 5-7 years of experience in integrated marketing, retail marketing, or omnichannel strategy. Strong expertise in developing multi-channel marketing strategies that drive measurable results. Experience leading go-to-market planning and campaign execution across digital, social, in-store, and experiential. Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure campaign performance and optimize got to market approach based on insights. Proven ability to manage complex projects, timelines, and cross-functional teams. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
