About the Role:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>We are seeking a Sr Manager/ Manager \u2013 Impact (Accelerate &\nLiftOff) initiative, which supports startups & SMBs through hybrid and\nplatform\-led interventions.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>This role is critical to ensuring that Accelerate & LiftOff\u2019s\noutcomes, such as business growth, job creation and operational maturity, are\nmeasured in a way that balances rigor, scalability and practicality. The role\nwill work closely with program leadership, platform, analytics teams and\nexternal agencies to ensure that the impact systems remain trusted, auditable,\nand decision relevant as the programs scale.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>1. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>Lead\nImpact Operations for Accelerate & LiftOff<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Own the\nend\-to\-end MEL agenda for India\u2019s Accelerate & LiftOff initiative<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Operationalize\noutcome frameworks covering business growth, job creation and enterprise\nmaturity<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Partner\nclosely with Accelerate & LiftOff program leadership to align impact\nmeasurement with strategic priorities<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Ensure\nImpact data is timely, accurate and decision\-useful for reviews and planning<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Proactively\nidentify risks in outcome reporting <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>2. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>Measurement\nExecution & System Management<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Manage\nbaseline, in\-journey, end\-line and outcomes tracking across cohorts, portfolios\nand delivery models<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Design and\nimplement low\-friction data collection mechanisms suitable for founders and SMB\noperators<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Coordinate\nwith internal engineering teams and external research or validation partners<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Ensure data\npipelines are robust, consistent and audit\-ready <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>3. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>Data\nQuality, Quality Assurance & Risk Governance<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Establish\nand run Quality Assurance protocols on outcomes data<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Identify\nand mitigate risks that may arise during program operations<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Build early\nwarning indicators for response drop\-offs, quality degradation or system\nfailures<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>4. Analytics, Insights and Decision Support<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/div>- Partner\nwith analytics teams to develop dashboards and insight views for leadership<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Translate\noutcomes data into clear narratives and recommendations for product and program\nimprovements<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Support\nleadership reviews with executive ready analyses highlighting what is working,\nwhat is not and why not<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>5. Stakeholder Engagement & Cross\-Functional Collaboration<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Represent\nImpact Operations in program reviews and leadership discussions<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Work\nclosely with internal stakeholders to align measurement with delivery realities\nand embed impact tracking into workflows<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Liaise with\nexternal agencies on audits, surveys and/ or validations, as required<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>6. Process Excellence and Continuous Improvement<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Map and\nrefine impact operation workflows to improve timeliness, accuracy and\nscalability<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Drive\ncontinuous improvements as Accelerate & LiftOff evolve towards platform\-led\nand SDS models<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Identify\nopportunities for automation & standardization without compromising outcome\ncredibility <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>Qualifications<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>Education & Experience<\/span><\/a> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Master\u2019s\ndegree in business, Public Policy, Economics, Development, Statistics, or a\nrelated field preferred<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- 6\u201310 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/a>years of progressive experience in impact\nmeasurement, operations, analytics, consulting or program management<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Demonstrated\nexperience designing and running scalable systems to measure the impact of\nadvisory interventions on startups/ SMBs performance and revenue growth<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>Technical Skills<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Exceptional\noperational and systems\-thinking capability<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Demonstrated\nskill and high\-level of comfort in working with data, dashboard and analytical\noutputs<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Advanced\nproficiency in Excel and Power BI; familiarity with SQL/Python/R a plus and\nqualitative data analysis tools such as NVivo, AtlasTI<\/span><\/span><\/span>
