Sr. Manager / Manager Project Management - Insurance

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager to spearhead application development and modernization initiatives in the insurance sector, with a particular focus on General, Life and P&C Insurance. This position demands a solid foundation in software development, outstanding leadership and stakeholder management capabilities and the capacity to deliver complex projects within a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Oversee the preparation of customer proposals and statements of work Deliver customer projects successfully Handle customer expectations and relationships Ensure projects are executed in line with EPAM processes and methodologies Resolve customer issues during an engagement in collaboration with the Account Manager Confirm that the customer fulfills their responsibilities on the engagements Identify and mitigate engagement risks and flag major issues early Contribute to overall project management, time estimation and resource scheduling Develop estimations on time frames, quality and quantity of resources required to successfully implement projects; build the project plan incorporating all project variables Define criteria concerning deliverability, performance, maintenance, design and costs Support the analysis of client processes through needs analysis and recommend new business models, workflows or innovative solutions Requirements 15 to 18 years of overall working experience Background in managing Application Development, Modernization or Migration projects in P&C, Life or General Insurance Expertise in General, Life or P&C Insurance domains Career foundation in software development Excellent communication, presentation and planning skills Exceptional organizational, leadership and stakeholder management skills Self-motivated, multitasking, reliable to deliver on time, quick thinker, able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
