<\/span><\/span><\/h3>The Manager \u2013 Program Management will\nbe responsible for leading key customer accounts in the <\/span><\/span>automotive segment<\/span><\/span><\/b>,\nensuring operational efficiency, and driving total customer satisfaction in the\nElectronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) domain. This role requires cross\-functional\nleadership, strategic planning, and deep understanding of product lifecycle and\nindustrialization in electronics manufacturing.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/h3>- Customer Account Leadership:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Own\n and manage strategic customer accounts.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Ensure\n high customer satisfaction and retention.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Act\n as the primary liaison between the customer and internal teams.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>- Project & Program Management:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Introduce\n and standardize project management models and best practices.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Drive\n end\-to\-end program execution from RFQ to final delivery.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Promote\n knowledge sharing across teams for continuous improvement.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>- Cross\-Functional Collaboration:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Work\n closely with sourcing, materials, testing, assembly, prototype, and\n quality teams.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Ensure\n alignment and collaboration across all business verticals.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Resolve\n customer and internal issues effectively through strong communication.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>- Operational Efficiency:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Monitor\n and optimize costs, inventory (DIO), obsolescence, and excess material\n handling.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Manage\n Engineering Change Requests (ECR) and Engineering Change Orders (ECO).<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Forecast\n sales and budget accurately to ensure profitable performance.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>- Technical & Strategic Insight:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Understand\n emerging technologies and their application to manufacturing and product\n development.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Contribute\n to Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) strategies and execution.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/ul>Qualifications & Skills:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/h3>Bachelor\u2019s /Master\u2019s degree in\n Business, Engineering, or a related field.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>- 10\n + years of experience in managing automotive Programs within the EMS\n industry<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Proven\n ability to lead cross\-functional teams and manage complex customer\n accounts.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Strong\n understanding of supply chain, sourcing, quality, and manufacturing\n processes.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Experience\n with ECR/ECO, costing, and inventory management.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Excellent\n communication, stakeholder management, and problem\-solving skills.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Ability\n to drive business results while ensuring customer satisfaction.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
