Sr Mgr HR
The Senior Manager, Human Resources serves as the country HR leader for Colombia, partnering closely with the Country Manager and local leadership team to drive the people agenda in alignment with business priorities.
As a strategic HR Business Partner, this role plays a critical part in enhancing organizational effectiveness, contributing to accelerate talent development, supporting business transformation, and ensuring a consistent and engaging employee experience aligned with regional and global HR strategies.
- Lead and execute the local HR strategy aligned with Central, Andean & South HR Agenda and broader regional and global business objectives.
- Partner with business Leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, performance management, succession planning, talent development, and employee engagement.
- Manage employee relations, payroll, and benefits, ensuring full compliance with local legislation and company policies.
- Collaborate closely with Centers of Expertise (Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Compensation & Benefits, and other HR functions) to successfully implement talent, learning, rewards, and workforce planning strategies locally.
- Drive change management and culture initiatives.
- Coordinate and drive key people processes, including performance cycles, talent planning, employee onboarding and annual HR cycles, in collaboration with CAS, regional and global teams.
- Lead, coach and develop the local HR team, fostering a high-performance and customer-focused HR function.
- Monitor workforce metrics and people analystics to identify trends and identify opportunities to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Oversee Facilities operations, manage and monitor the Facilities budget, ensuring effective cost control, resource allocation and alignment with business priorities.
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership and generalist experience.
- Experience within multinational organizations; exposure to matrixed environments strongly preferred.
- Fluency in Spanish and advanced English.
- Bachelor's degree required; postgraduate degree preferred.
- Strong experience in HR Business Partnering, organizational effectiveness, talent management and HR operations.
- Proven success supporting business leaders in complex, multinational environments.
- Proven experience working effectively in matrix organizations, influencing and collaborating across local, regional and global stakeholder groups without direct reporting lines.
- Strong influencing, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving and executional skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business priorities into effective people action plans.
- Demonstrated ability to lead through change and drive organizational transformation in a collaborative way.
- Solid knowledge of local labor regulations and payroll management.
