Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage warehouse and administrative teams to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Oversee operational execution to consistently achieve service levels, lead times, customer KPIs, and business objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing operational enquiries, resolving issues promptly, and fostering strong customer relationships through a proactive and solution-focused approach.
  • Ensure full compliance with Customs regulations, bonded warehouse requirements, and controlled goods handling procedures.
  • Maintain accurate inventory management and accountability through regular cycle counts, stock reconciliations, and annual stock-taking activities.
  • Plan, allocate, and optimize manpower resources to meet operational requirements while maximizing productivity and efficiency.
  • Monitor employee attendance, discipline, and performance, including tracking lateness, absenteeism, and medical leave records.
  • Manage purchase requisitions, operational documentation, and reporting requirements, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Drive the resolution of QEHS and operational non-conformities by implementing effective corrective and preventive actions.
  • Collaborate closely with HR on recruitment, manpower planning, employee relations, and workforce management initiatives.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of logistics/warehouse operations experience, with proven experience managing a team of at least 12–15 headcount.
  • Proficient in SAP (WM/MM or equivalent systems) for inventory and operational transactions.
  • Good understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to manage a small team and drive performance outcomes.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong problem-solving skills.
