Sr. Order Management Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Order Management Analyst based in the United States.

This role sits at the center of the quote-to-cash lifecycle, ensuring customer orders are accurately processed, compliant, and seamlessly translated into revenue.
You will handle complex and non-standard deal structures, bringing structure and clarity to ambiguous order scenarios.
The position requires close collaboration with Sales, Finance, Deal Desk, and Revenue Operations teams.
You will play a key role in identifying process gaps and driving improvements that enhance scalability and efficiency.
This is a high-impact, fast-paced environment where precision, judgment, and speed directly influence revenue outcomes.

Accountabilities:

  • Evaluate and process customer orders with high attention to accuracy, compliance, and downstream financial impact, ensuring smooth execution across systems.
  • Manage complex, non-standard deal structures by breaking down ambiguity into clear, actionable order workflows and resolution paths.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Finance, and Revenue Operations to resolve order issues, prevent recurring errors, and improve operational alignment.
  • Monitor order lifecycle and fulfillment status, proactively identifying delays or risks and communicating updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Analyze order data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for process optimization and automation.
  • Document and implement scalable improvements to increase consistency, efficiency, and throughput across order management operations.

  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
    • 3+ years of experience in order management, sales operations, or revenue operations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
    • Strong experience working with CRM and ERP systems, including Salesforce (required) and tools such as NetSuite or SAP.
    • Proven ability to manage large workloads while maintaining accuracy, prioritization, and business impact awareness.
    • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data, trends, and root-cause analysis to guide decisions and improvements.
    • Demonstrated ability to handle ambiguity, especially in complex deal structures, and translate it into structured execution.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
    • Strong organizational skills and sound judgment when making decisions under time pressure or incomplete information.
