Sr. Project Manager - Delivery Excellence
Job Summary:
Responsible for leading projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the defined objectives and quality standards. This role involves planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of a project, while acting as the main point of contact between stakeholders, upper management, and the project team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Create detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Assemble, lead, and motivate the project team, delegating tasks and providing direction and support.
- Monitor project progress, set deadlines, and adjust plans as needed to ensure timely completion.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and obstacles.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and transparency.
- Facilitate clear communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients, providing regular updates and reports on project status.
- Ensure stakeholder satisfaction by addressing feedback and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Evaluate project performance upon completion, documenting lessons learned and best practices for future projects
Job Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of hands-on experience managing ERP/CRM implementation projects, with a demonstrated ability to lead initiatives from planning through post-deployment.
- Proven track record in successfully delivering full life cycle ERP/CRM/Power Platform projects, including scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder management.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O/CE/Power Platform systems is highly preferred; however, experience with other major ERP/CRM platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) will also be considered.
- Solid understanding of ERP/CRM/Power Platform modules, system integration, data migration, and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Professional project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or other recognized credentials are highly valued.
- Extensive experience in project and program management, overseeing complex, multi-stream initiatives from planning through execution.
- Deep expertise in Agile principles and delivery models, with the ability to build Agile maturity across the organization and guide teams through transformation.
- Proven track record in Agile team leadership and portfolio-level management, driving alignment, accountability, and delivery excellence.
- Strong working knowledge of Agile scaling frameworks to support enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Demonstrated initiative and ownership in risk identification, process optimization, and continuous improvement across the PMO.
- Expert in stakeholder management and conflict resolution, balancing competing priorities while maintaining strategic focus.
- Exceptional ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and delivery teams.
- Advanced capability in resource, capacity, and financial management to maximize utilization and support strategic priorities.
- Strong emphasis on quality, governance, and risk management, ensuring compliance with standards, methodologies, and best practices.
- Proven people leadership skills, including mentoring PMO leaders, developing high-performing teams, and supporting succession planning.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate organizational strategy into executable roadmaps, portfolios, and KPIs.
Technology and Tools Proficiency
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook for executive reporting and communication.
- Extensive experience using Azure DevOps and Jira for project, task, and portfolio management, including performance tracking and metrics.
- Working knowledge of Azure Resource Manager (ARM) and DevOps practices to support infrastructure, deployment automation, and delivery governance.
- Strong command of Microsoft Teams for enterprise collaboration and leadership communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Planner (MS Planner) for task coordination, team workload management, and execution tracking.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot to enhance productivity, decision-making, and executive-level documentation.
- Expertise in Power BI for portfolio dashboards, performance analytics, and data-driven decision making.
- Proficient in SharePoint for PMO governance, document control, knowledge management, and collaboration.
