Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget, while ensuring high-quality standards and stakeholder satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and senior management

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets

• Manage day-to-day project activities, monitor progress, and adjust plans as necessary

• Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle

• Facilitate regular project meetings and communication among team members and stakeholders

• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues

• Track project milestones and deliverables, preparing and presenting regular status reports

• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget

• Manage changes to project scope and schedule using appropriate verification techniques

• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities

• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello)

• Ability to solve problems and remain calm under pressure

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred
