Sr QC Technician - Lebanon- Night Shift

Location/Division Specific Information:
Lebanon, TN Single-Use manufacturing locations. Night Shift 7:30pm – 6:00am
How Will You Make an Impact?
Working side by side with the manufacturing team to help support on-time delivery of products with the highest quality. You will ensure product and process compliance is sustained during manufacturing.
A Day in the Life:
Complete first piece, in-process, and final product visual inspection in a fast-paced manufacturing area
Inspection of product drawings, specifications and procedures
Use measuring tools to complete dimensional testing of product
Document with detail all inspection activities in appropriate areas of the batch record
Verifying label information
Ensure that operations personnel uphold standard operating procedures and appropriate clean room conduct
Closely and carefully adhere to outlined standard operating procedure and work instruction documents
Responsible for controlling non-conforming material when non conformances occur during manufacturing
Cross training as needed to support business needs
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
Preferred: 1-2 years of experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance
Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Works well with a variety of different individual personalities
Communicates effectively with team members of all different professional levels
Maintains consistent order and organization
Understands the usage of basic measurement tools
Actively listens and raises concerns appropriately
Physical Requirements / Work Environment
Manufacturing and clean room environments.
Must pass yearly eye exam (voucher provided for safety glasses)
Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment for 10 hours a day, with some additional overtime, if needed
Specific gowning requirements include, but are not limited to gloves, hair net, beard net, face cover, safety glasses with no makeup / jewelry or piercings
