More about the role


This is an exciting job opportunity for you as a Sr. Rewards Specialist in Bridgewater, New Jersey, with Signify, the world leader in lighting.

  • Conducts extensive market research to analyze current compensation benchmarks, identify trends and ensure competitive positioning.

  • Support design and enhancement of reward strategies, salary structures and pay frameworks.

  • Analyze data and generate insights to inform rewards program decisions.​

  • Collaborates closely with HR and Rewards colleagues to support the design of effective and innovative reward programs.

  • Partner with HR and business stakeholders to deliver integrated reward solutions.

  • Deliver tools, dashboards, and reporting to improve transparency and effectiveness

  • Implement reward programs in line with policy, compliance, and governance requirements

  • Contribute to regional and global reward initiatives, leading workstreams and driving successful project delivery where appropriate.

More about you

While we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe that the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly in this job opening:

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in compensation analysis, HR analytics, or a related field, with a focus on market research and data analysis.

  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or equivalent certification is preferred.

*Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs.

  • Salary: $101,280 – 148,000 based on experience

  • Bonus: target bonus opportunity - 10%
