Sr Sales Representative

As a Sr Sales Representative here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business growth by identifying and securing new customers for our Honeywell Sensing Solutions. Your proactive approach and strategic sales skills will be essential in expanding our market presence and achieving revenue targets.

In this role, you will impact Honeywell’s growth by generating high-quality sales pipelines, building strong customer relationships, and closing new business opportunities that contribute to the success and expansion of the Sensing Solutions portfolio.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets for Honeywell Sensing Solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to drive customer acquisition.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Proven track record of success in sales with a focus on new customer acquisition and business development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM customers and Channel partners in various industry verticals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, order processing, and support. Team work & Team player sprit is important
  • Experience using CRM tools and sales analytics to manage pipelines and forecast sales.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and propose tailored sensing solutions that drive value.
  • Communication skill in Korean and English

WE VALUE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in sales, preferably in sensing solutions or related technology sectors.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Knowledge of sensing technologies and solutions relevant to Honeywell’s product portfolio.
