Sr Salesforce Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Analyst with 7+ years of Salesforce administration experience to support the day-to-day operation, configuration, and optimization of our Salesforce environment. This role is responsible for user administration, security model management, ticket resolution, configuration changes, and troubleshooting support to ensure a stable and efficient Salesforce platform. This is a hybrid role based in our Denver office, with employees expected on-site 2–3 days per week. Candidates must reside in the Denver metro area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Salesforce user administration, including roles, profiles, permission sets, and access controls
  • Support and resolve Tier-1 and Tier-2 tickets, with Tier-2 issues focused on Salesforce configuration updates
  • Perform minor automation and configuration changes, including:
    • Flow updates
    • Approval process adjustments
    • Validation rule maintenance
  • Troubleshoot Salesforce issues and provide effective support and root-cause resolution
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into well-defined Salesforce solutions and configuration changes
  • Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Developers, QA, and DevOps to design, validate, and push changes through to production
  • Work closely with business users and technical teams to ensure proper system support and alignment with business needs
  • Maintain data security, system integrity, and adherence to Salesforce best practices
  • Document support activities, configuration changes, and resolutions as needed

Basic Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Salesforce Administrator experience
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce user management and security model
  • Experience managing roles, profiles, and permission sets
  • Experience handling Tier-1 and Tier-2 support tickets
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration
  • Strong troubleshooting and support skills
  • Proven ability to work with business stakeholders and translate requirements into actionable Salesforce solutions, collaborating with Business Solutions Architects, Dev, QA, and DevOps to push changes to production

Preferred Certifications:

  • Salesforce Administrator
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator
  • Experience working with Copado deployments, Service Cloud Voice, and Agentic AI is a plus

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well market and business considerations: Summary Pay Range: $122,000-$150,000
