Sr Solution Architect (DT Solutions)

We are seeking an experienced and innovative\nSenior Solutions Architect to join our AI/ML Incubation Centre. The ideal\ncandidate will be responsible for transforming creative ideas into scalable and\nimpactful technological solutions. This role will require a deep understanding\nof artificial intelligence and machine learning, with the ability to navigate\nand lead complex project ecosystems from conception to deployment. The\ncandidate will be responsible for reviewing business context for solutions to\ndepartment/sector challenges as well as defining the vision and requirements\nfor the solution, recommending potential options, selecting the most optimal option,\nand the development of a roadmap for the selected solution.<\/span> Preference will be given to candidates\nhaving experience of working on projects under central/state governments/PSUs.<\/span>

Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/u><\/b>:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Lead the development of project\nframeworks, integrating AI/ML technologies to solve complex business challenges\npresented by our clients. <\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Be part of the ideation session and\ntechnical evaluation of the ideas coming from the clients to ensure the\ntechnical feasibility and scalability of solutions with a hands\-on approach in\ncoding and architectural design. Facilitating such meetings will also be the\nresponsibility of this position. <\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Collaborate with cross\-functional teams\nto design, test, and refine AI/ML models and\nresolve technical problems, as they arise.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Drive the translation of business needs\ninto technical strategy, creating advanced solution architectures in AI/ML\ndomains.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Provide technical leadership, mentorship,\nand guidance to development teams throughout the incubation and solution\nlifecycle.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Oversee the solution development process,\nensuring best practices in machine learning, data management, and software\ndevelopment.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Stay abreast of emerging AI/ML\ntechnologies and methodologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement\nwithin the incubation centre.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Work\nclosely with Head Incubation Centre (CTO of WGDT).<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Assess\nthe business impact that certain technical choices have.<\/span>

Skills & Experience<\/span><\/u><\/b>:<\/span><\/b>

Education<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Bachelor\u2019s\ndegree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence,\nMachine Learning or equivalent education. <\/span>
<\/p>

<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

Experience.<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Total experience of 10 to 15 years out of which a\nminimum of 7 years of professional experience in designing and implementing\nAI/ML solutions.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Demonstrated experience in leading large\-scale\nAI/ML projects from ideation to production.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong programming skills in Python, R, or other\nrelevant languages with proficiency in AI/ML libraries and frameworks (e.g.,\nTensorFlow, PyTorch).<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience with cloud platforms and understanding\nof deploying AI/ML solutions at scale.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Knowledge of best practices in data governance,\nethics in AI, and ensuring privacy and security of data in machine learning\nmodels.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Excellent problem\-solving, analytical, and\ncritical thinking skills.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Proven ability to work in a dynamic and\nfast\-paced environment.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong communication and leadership skills, with\nthe capability to mentor and lead technical teams.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Prior\nexperience in a startup or incubation environment is highly preferred.<\/span>
