Job Description

Key accountability
・専門家として、市場調査（特定されたビジネス課題の解決、顧客が意識していないニーズの特定）の実施や外部データ（処方箋データ、シンジケート調査の結果など）の分析を通して、ビジネス課題を解決するための価値あるインサイトを提供する責任がある
・アジャイル組織におけるスクワッドメンバーの一人として、プライマリ―リサーチ以外の業務を積極的に実施する責任がある

Major responsibilities of role:
・新薬のロンチ準備のための市場調査をリードする
・外部データ分析を通して、タイムリー且つ役立つ情報を提供する
・リサーチデザインや外部データ分析のベストプラクティスをチームメンバーと共有する
・グローバルの同僚と一緒に、日本におけるグローバルリサーチを主導する
・顧客にフォーカスした市場調査をリードする
・顧客ニーズや顧客のペイン/ディライトポイントを引き出すためのイノベイティブな手法を探す
・スクワッドメンバーとして仕事をする

MUST Experience
・医療用医薬品のリサーチ経験（製薬会社のリサーチ担当者/市場調査に関わっていたマーケター、調査会社の経験が5年以上、医療用医薬品の市場調査の経験があるコンサルティング）
・英語スキル（英語の調査票を理解し、内容を英語で修正し、英語でメールを返信できる）

WANT Experience
・製薬業界の外部データに対する豊富な知識がある。例えば、IQVIAの売上データ、IQVIA やIntageの宣伝数データ、レセプトデータ(JMDC, MDV, Jmiri, NPA) など

Optional Experiences
・デザインリサーチの経験は必要ない。デザインリサーチの手法などは入社後に習得が可能である
・医療用医薬品の営業経験

・期待されるマインドセットと行動（オープンマインド、シェアリング、コラボレーション、チャレンジ、目的重視、高い倫理観と誠実さ、患者さん中心、多様性の尊重）
・チームメンバーとの良好なコミュニケーション
・英語：問題なくメールができるレベル
