\u2022Lead, mentor, and manage the systems administration team; oversee task planning, performance evaluation, and skills development.

\u2022Design, implement, and maintain scalable & secure cloud infrastructure on platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP.

\u2022Collaborate with Sales/Pre\-Sales teams to develop cloud solutions, deliver technical presentations, and contribute to RFP/RFQ responses.

\u2022Administer and maintain Linux & Windows\-based servers, ensuring system availability, security, and performance.

<\/div>
\u2022Implement Infrastructure\-as\-Code (IaC), configuration management, and automation using tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, etc.

\u2022Manage containerization and orchestration platforms like Docker & Kubernetes.

\u2022Perform capacity planning, cost optimization, resource provisioning, and infrastructure performance monitoring.

\u2022Drive security and compliance initiatives, including patching, vulnerability management, and identity & access controls.

\u2022Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide escalation support.

\u2022Establish and maintain system documentation, SOPs, best practices, and architectural diagrams.

<\/div>\u2022Networking fundamentals (DNS, VPN, Firewalls, Load Balancers, Routing)
