Sr Talent Acquisition Advisor

The Senior Advisor – Talent Acquisition India, will lead strategic hiring initiatives for Project Management Consultancy (PMC) building construction projects. This role is responsible for executing end-to-end recruitment to attract, assess, and onboard top-tier talent across engineering, project management, commercial, and support functions in buildings vertical.

The incumbent will partner closely with business leaders, project directors, and HR stakeholders to build a strong talent pipeline aligned with project timelines, ensuring the availability of high-quality professionals across multiple building projects.

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for PMC and building construction projects, ensuring timely hiring aligned with project timelines and business needs.

  • Partner with project directors, engineering leaders, and HR stakeholders to understand manpower requirements across project lifecycle stages (design, execution, commissioning).

  • Develop and execute hiring strategies for critical roles including Project Managers, Construction Managers, Planning Engineers, QS/Contracts, Design & MEP professionals.

  • Proactively build and maintain strong talent pipelines for niche and high-demand construction roles.

  • Drive direct sourcing, headhunting and networking using platforms such as LinkedIn, industry forums, and referrals.

  • Provide market intelligence on talent availability, salary benchmarks and competitor hiring trends to support decision-making.

  • Ensure high-quality candidate screening, technical alignment and cultural fit for all shortlisted profiles.

  • Oversee offer negotiation, compensation benchmarking, and candidate closure to ensure high acceptance ratios.

  • Deliver a seamless candidate experience from initial engagement through onboarding.

  • Monitor and track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire & drive continuous improvement.

  • Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization’s visibility.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, hiring standards, and regulatory requirements.

  • Contribute to process improvements, ATS optimization, and best practices in talent acquisition.

  • Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Business Administration preferably HR

  • 8-12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition function.

  • Strong experience in Talent Acquisition with Buildings vertical.

  • Experience working in engineering, consulting, construction management, or professional services industries preferred.

  • Experience with ATS/ ERP systems.

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

  • Strong understanding of full-cycle of Talent Acquisition function.
