Sr Talent Acquisition Executive - HR

We are looking for A Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the end\-to\-end recruitment process, ensuring timely hiring of quality talent aligned with business needs. The role involves stakeholder management, strategic sourcing, and driving efficient hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities<\/b>

  • Manage end\-to\-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce requirements and hiring plans.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Conduct HR screening interviews and evaluate candidate suitability.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Coordinate with interview panels for technical and managerial interviews.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, and candidate engagement until onboarding.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards, trackers, and MIS reports.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical positions.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Support campus hiring, employer branding initiatives, and recruitment drives.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and strong employer brand throughout the hiring journey.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly hiring targets.

    Requirements<\/h3>
    • Strong experience in IT / Non\-IT recruitment
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Good negotiation and closing skills
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Ability to work in a fast\-paced hiring environment
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Strong organizational and reporting skills

      Qualifications<\/b>

      • Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Human Resources / Business Administration
        <\/span><\/li>
      • 3\u20135 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
