We are seeking applications for the position of Sr. Urban Planner for Urban Infrastructure project.
Missions/Main Duties
- Lead the planning, design, and implementation of urban development projects.
- Prepare and review Town Planning Schemes (TPS) and land pooling proposals.
- Coordinate with government authorities, consultants, and stakeholders for project execution.
- Ensure compliance with local planning regulations, zoning laws, and statutory requirements.
- Conduct feasibility studies, land-use planning, and infrastructure planning.
- Develop strategic urban development frameworks aligned with sustainable planning practices.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior planning staff.
- Facilitate stakeholder consultations and public engagement processes.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and planning documentation for approvals.
Profile/Skills
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering / Planning
- Mandatory Post-Graduation in Planning (Urban Planning / Regional Planning or equivalent)
Experience Required:
- Total Experience: Minimum 8 years in urban planning or related field
- Relevant Experience: At least 4 years of hands-on experience in:
- Town Development Scheme (TPS)
- Land Pooling Mechanism
- Or equivalent urban land development frameworks
