Sr. UX UI Designer
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer based in Brazil.
This is a high-impact design role focused on shaping intuitive, visually compelling, and user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will be part of a collaborative, cross-functional team that transforms complex product requirements into elegant and functional design solutions. The role involves owning the end-to-end design process, from user research and ideation to prototyping and usability testing, ensuring that every interaction is grounded in user needs. You will work closely with product managers and developers to translate business goals into seamless digital experiences. Accountabilities:
- Conduct user research to understand behaviors, needs, and pain points, translating insights into actionable design decisions.
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that clearly communicate product vision and interactions.
- Design visually engaging and consistent user interfaces aligned with brand guidelines and design systems.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to transform business requirements into user-centered solutions.
- Perform usability testing and incorporate feedback to continuously refine and improve designs.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles across the product development lifecycle.
- Stay updated on emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure innovative and modern solutions.
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma for design, prototyping, and collaboration.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and interaction design.
- Knowledge of information architecture, responsive design, and cross-platform design patterns.
- Excellent visual design skills, including typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions in English.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional and remote teams.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Experience with mobile and web application design and exposure to motion or animation principles is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
