Sr.Windows System Administratior

    1) Server Administration & Management<\/b>

    • Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments.
      <\/li>
    • Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and file/print services.
      <\/li>
    • Perform server hardening, patch management, and access control implementation.
      <\/li>
    • Manage file system permissions, quotas, and system\-level configurations.
      <\/li><\/ul>

      2) Backup, Recovery & Disaster Planning<\/b>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

      • Perform and monitor system backups and periodic restore testing.
        <\/li>
      • Ensure integrity and reliability of MSSQL and MySQL database backups.
        <\/li>
      • Support disaster recovery planning and execution.
        <\/li><\/ul>

        3) Server & Application Software Configuration<\/b>
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

        • Install and configure server and application software.
          <\/li>
        • Manage web hosting components such as IIS, Apache, Nginx, and LAMP/LEMP stacks.
          <\/li>
        • Install, configure, and maintain hosting control panels (WHM, cPanel, Plesk).
          <\/li><\/ul>

          4) Database Administration<\/b>
          <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

          • Administer MSSQL and MySQL databases.
            <\/li>
          • Perform performance tuning, schema management, and access control.
            <\/li>
          • Monitor database health and optimize queries where required.
            <\/li><\/ul>

            5) User Account & Identity Management<\/b>
            <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

            • Create, modify, and deprovision user accounts and roles.
              <\/li>
            • Conduct access audits and enforce security policies.
              <\/li><\/ul>

              6) Virtualization & Cloud Infrastructure<\/b>
              <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

              • Deploy and manage virtualization platforms (Hyper\-V, VMware, KVM).
                <\/li>
              • Support on\-premises and cloud\-hosted VMs.
                <\/li>
              • Basic working knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
                <\/li>
              • Ensure cost\-effective utilization of cloud resources.
                <\/li><\/ul>

                7) Ticket Ownership & SLA Compliance<\/b>
                <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

                • Own, respond to, and resolve L2/L3 support tickets, including escalations.
                  <\/li>
                • Maintain accurate ticket updates and meet defined SLA timelines.
                  <\/li>
                • Handle low\-to\-medium complexity incidents independently.
                  <\/li><\/ul>

                  8) Infrastructure Monitoring & Troubleshooting<\/b>
                  <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

                  • Monitor servers, logs, system metrics, and alerts.
                    <\/li>
                  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks proactively.
                    <\/li>
                  • Collaborate with cross\-functional teams for high\-priority incidents.
                    <\/li><\/ul>

                    9) Security & Compliance<\/b>
                    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

                    • Implement firewalls, patching, access control, and security policies.
                      <\/li>
                    • Monitor system vulnerabilities and intrusion detection logs.
                      <\/li>
                    • Ensure compliance with internal and customer security standards.

                      10) Documentation & Team Collaboration<\/b>

                      • Document SOPs, troubleshooting steps, and infrastructure changes.

                      • Participate in knowledge\-sharing and incident post\-mortems.

                      • Work collaboratively with support, SRE, and DevOps teams.

                        Requirements<\/h3>

                          <\/ul><\/div>
                          • Proven experience in administering <\/span>Windows Server environments<\/b>.
                            <\/li>
                          • Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Hyper\-V.
                            <\/li>
                          • Hands\-on experience with MSSQL and MySQL database administration.
                            <\/li>
                          • Strong troubleshooting skills for L2/L3 level server issues.
                            <\/li>
                          • Experience in web hosting environments preferred.
                            <\/li>
                          • Familiarity with virtualization technologies (Hyper\-V, VMware, KVM).
                            <\/li>
                          • Basic exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
                            <\/li>
                          • Ability to multitask in a fast\-paced production environment.
                            <\/li>
                          • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
                            <\/li>
                          • Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and follow\-through.
