SRE [Antifraud]
Financial Crime Prevention Platforms:
We are looking for a SRE for our Antifraud team. The team is dedicated to building platforms that prevent financial crime with AML, Anti-Fraud, and KYC solutions. We focus on real-time checks at scale, so every transaction is reviewed instantly without slowing things down. Our KYC processes include biometric face matching and recognition to make customer verification fast and secure. We connect to different data sources to provide clear scoring, alerts, and customer profiles.
Challenges that await you:
- Managing the reliability and availability of financial crime prevention platforms, ensuring the performance of applications
- Assisting in the design, implementation, and maintenance of financial crime prevention platforms with a focus on reliability and scalability
- Monitoring technological metrics of services and collaborating with DevOps engineers
- Writing and maintaining deployment scripts, configs, helm charts and CI/CD jobs
- Addressing infrastructure issues and resolving product failures
- Participating in incident investigations to identify and eliminate root causes
- Taking part in on-call duties
- Maintaining technical documentation
What makes you a great fit:
- 2+ years in SRE/DevOps or production engineering for web services
- Understanding of the principles of multi-component system architecture and ability to apply them in practice (load balancing, ensuring fault tolerance etc.)
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Helm
- GitLab CI/CD expertise: pipelines, templates, secrets handling, containerization
- Observability: Prometheus/VM and ELK, build useful dashboards and alerts, familiarity with RED/USE and Four Golden Signals
- SLI/SLO thinking and error budgets, on-call, incident response, and running effective RCAs
- Basic experience with databases, key-value stores, and Kafka; strong knowledge is a plus
- Scripting skills: Bash/Python
- B1 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team
