Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

  • Develop, implement, and verify Design for Test (DFT) strategies and techniques to improve testability and manufacturability
  • Take ownership of testability, methodology, and execution for assigned projects
  • Create and validate test plans to ensure comprehensive coverage and effective fault detection
  • Collaborate closely with backend, design, and verification teams to ensure robust testing mechanisms and enhance overall product quality and reliability
  • Be responsible for the full DFT flow, from RTL DFT insertion through to final test program bring-up


Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
You demonstrate excellent analytical and logical reasoning skills, allowing you to approach complex problems in a structured and effective way. You combine this with strong problem-solving abilities and outstanding communication and teamwork skills, enabling you to collaborate efficiently within diverse teams.

  • University degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience within the semiconductor industry
  • Good knowledge of static timing analysis, along with understanding of MBIST, scan, and ATPG methodologies
  • Strong debugging and analytical skills
  • Experience with Mentor Tessent and flash design testing, with the latter considered an advantage
  • Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or TCL, considered an advantage
  • Fluency in English (mandatory)
