Staff Engineer - SAP Commerce (Hybris)
- Native Portuguese speaker (Mandatory) – able to communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
- Fluent English communication skills (Mandatory) – both verbal and written.
- 7+ years of hands-on SAP Commerce (Hybris) development experience.
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Framework, and SAP Commerce architecture.
- Experience developing custom extensions, OCC APIs, and system integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Backoffice customization, Impex, CronJobs, and Solr.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce business processes and customer journeys.
- Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud and enterprise-scale implementations.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with global teams.
