Staff Nurse (ICU)

Job Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
• Monitor patients' vital signs, clinical conditions, and response to treatment, and escalate concerns promptly.
• Administer medications, intravenous therapies, blood products, and other prescribed treatments safely and accurately.
• Operate and monitor specialized equipment such as ventilators, infusion pumps, and cardiac monitoring devices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Perform nursing assessments, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and ensure compliance with hospital policies and standards.
• Educate patients and family members on treatment plans, procedures, and post-discharge care where applicable.
• Adhere to infection prevention, patient safety, and quality improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• Recognized university degree or Diploma in Nursing
• SNB Registered
