| Job\n description: <\/span> <\/td><\/tr> 1) <\/span>Perform\n basic clinical nursing practices in accordance with scope of practice and\n standard as determined by RxDx.<\/span> | <\/td><\/tr> · <\/span>Taking of specimens.<\/span> | <\/td><\/tr> · <\/span>Sterilizing the instruments.<\/span> | <\/td><\/tr> · <\/span>Monitor vital signs and observe reactions to medication and\n treatment (EMR).<\/span> | <\/td><\/tr> 2) <\/span>Maintain\n accurate patients\u2019 records and statistics.<\/span> | <\/td><\/tr> 3) <\/span>Provide\n nursing care to Health Check patients. <\/span><\/span> | <\/td><\/tr> 4) <\/span>Provide\n assistance to Doctors.<\/span> | <\/td><\/tr> 5) <\/span>Educate\n patients on their health and required precautions to be taken (for certain\n cases).<\/span> | <\/td><\/tr> 6) <\/span>Utilize\n equipment proficiently and promote its use and safekeeping.<\/span> | <\/td><\/tr> 7) <\/span>Essentially,\n an appropriate (as per our mentioned guidelines) disposal of used equipments.<\/span> | <\/td><\/tr> 8) <\/span>Maintaining\n the confidentiality of all information pertaining to patients.<\/span> | <\/td><\/tr> 9) <\/span>Ensuring\n to be present all times at the designated area / work station.<\/span> | <\/td><\/tr> 10) <\/span>Entering all the pending jobs\n of the day in the duty handover register and getting it signed by the person\n assuming duty in the next shift.<\/span> | <\/td><\/tr> 11) <\/span>Keeping <\/span>all the records for all house visits.<\/span> | <\/td><\/tr> 12) <\/span>Constantly work on the ways\n to improve the quality of service.<\/span> | <\/td><\/tr> 13) <\/span>Dealing with all queries from\n patients.<\/span> | <\/td><\/tr> 14) <\/span>Ensures efficient and smooth\n flow of all clinic activities thru coordination and planning.<\/span> | <\/td><\/tr> 15) <\/span>Assesses patient\u2019s physical,\n psychosocial and/or emotional needs.<\/span> | <\/td><\/tr> 16) <\/span> <\/span>Informing physician of patient status.<\/span> | <\/td><\/tr> 17) <\/span>Handling emergency cases /\n situations.<\/span> | <\/td><\/tr> Desired\n Qualification: GNM/ Bsc.
