You will lead end to end design for complex web and mobile applications from user research and discovery to pixel perfect execution. You deeply understand our diverse user base including global B2B and B2C customers and internal teams and advocate for their needs throughout the product development lifecycle. You will help shape and evolve design processes and rituals and apply AI thoughtfully to improve collaboration, creativity, and efficiency. You will proactively bring stakeholders and users through the design process to bring projects to life. You will manage multiple product and feature launches across dashboards while consistently raising design quality.

Responsibilities

  • Own the design process by leading the end to end design for complex web and mobile applications from user research and discovery to pixel perfect execution
  • Champion user needs by deeply understanding a diverse user base including global B2B and B2C customers and internal teams and advocating for their needs throughout the product development lifecycle
  • Shape design processes by supporting efforts to evolve processes and rituals and applying AI thoughtfully to improve collaboration creativity and efficiency
  • Collaborate cross functionally by proactively bringing stakeholders and users through the design process to bring projects to life
  • Execute proactively by managing multiple product and feature launches across dashboards while consistently raising design quality

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in product design with a track record of delivering design quality across multiple end user touchpoints in a fast paced environment
  • Proven leadership of a design team across multiple user experiences while delivering high quality work as a hands on contributor
  • User centric mindset with ability to understand user needs through research and metrics and advocate for user experience throughout the product lifecycle
  • Collaborative with ability to facilitate alignment across product engineering and other teams using data and research
  • Systems thinking with experience establishing processes rituals and standards to ensure design consistency across the product ecosystem
  • Technical proficiency with API based products and understanding of how designs are implemented
