Staff Product Designer

You will lead design initiatives from concept through launch, working closely with engineers and other designers to define and deliver high-quality user experiences. You will turn ambiguous product ideas into actionable designs through research, prototyping, and iteration. You will create end-to-end experiences that balance user needs, technical feasibility, and business goals, contribute to and evolve the design system, and communicate design rationale clearly to align cross-functional partners. You will also help shape design culture by modeling craft, collaboration, and curiosity.

Responsibilities

• Hone open-ended product ideas into actionable design directions through research and prototyping
• Create end-to-end experiences balancing user needs technical feasibility and business goals
• Contribute to and evolve the design system
• Communicate design rationale clearly to align cross-functional partners
• Shape design culture by modeling strong craft collaboration and curiosity

Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience across consumer and platform products
• Ability to own complex ambiguous problem spaces and deliver elegant intuitive solutions
• Strong product sense and strategic thinking
• Excellent interaction and visual design skills with portfolio demonstrating systems thinking and attention to detail
• Experience collaborating closely with engineers to ship technically informed designs
• Breadth across UI UX motion and interaction with deep skills in one or two areas
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
• Experience with Web3 fintech or AI is a plus but not required
