Staff Product Designer

You will own end to end product design for global consumer finance applications, crafting deposit and withdrawal flows that adapt across assets, payment methods, currencies and countries while keeping experiences native and effortless. You will tuck complexity behind the scenes to deliver a personalized, delightful experience and you will identify what needs to change on day one to improve the product and craft.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product design for global consumer finance applications
• Design deposit and withdrawal flows that adapt across assets, payment methods, currencies, and countries to feel native and conversion-friendly
• Tuck complexity behind the scenes to deliver personalized, delightful user experiences
• Collaborate with frontend engineers to ensure feasible, high-quality implementations
• Initiate design improvements from day one by identifying what needs to change and elevating craft
• Maintain a high standard of visual detail and craft in interfaces

Requirements

• 6+ years of product or interaction design experience, with some of that at staff or lead level
• Experience designing consumer-facing financial or crypto products
• Mastery of Figma and component-based design systems
• A portfolio that demonstrates both craft and thinking - you design and think about complete experiences, not just screens and pixels
• Strong grasp of motion design and how animation enhances usability
• Comfortable collaborating directly with frontend engineers - you know enough about React and CSS to have a real conversation
• Exceptional attention to detail, with a particular focus on visual detail - typography, spacing, hierarchy, color and the why behind every interaction
• Highly autonomous - you can define the problem, set your own direction, and execute without being managed
• Clear communicator who can bring engineers, PMs, and stakeholders along on design decisions
