Staff Product Manager Growth Bets
You will identify incubate and launch zero to one growth bets that move fast to validate ideas with real traction You will pair sharp product intuition with analytical rigor to build growth loops that compound acquisition and retention You will define the strategy and roadmap for a new growth charter that sits beyond the traditional product led growth motion You will lead a cross functional team of engineers designers data scientists marketers and researchers to move initiatives from idea to launch You will design and build growth loops that drive ongoing acquisition and retention You will use experimentation and analytics to ruthlessly prioritize measure traction quickly and decide when to scale or pivot You will translate user needs into product solutions balancing the craft of building something people love with the analytical ability to know what actually drives growth
Responsibilities
- Identify incubate and launch zero to one growth bets that create step function change in how users are acquired and retained
- Define the strategy and roadmap for a new growth charter that sits beyond our traditional growth motion
- Lead a collaborative team of engineers designers data scientists marketers and researchers to take initiatives from idea to launch
- Design and build growth loops that compound acquisition and retention over time
- Use experimentation analytics and tight partnership with data scientists to ruthlessly prioritize measure traction quickly and decide when to scale or pivot
- Translate specific user needs into product solutions balancing the craft of building something people love with the analytical ability to know what actually drives growth
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master degree or equivalent practical experience
- 8 years of product management experience building high quality consumer products
- Growth expertise across the growth funnel including acquisition activation resurrection and retention
- Core product expertise with experience solving user needs and shipping features
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- A scrappy self starting approach comfortable operating with ambiguity and no established playbook
