Staff Product Manager


What You’ll Do
    • Own product strategy and execution for Superspace, balancing customer value, business impact, and operational efficiency.

    • Lead a cross-functional pod of product designers, engineering leaders, and engineers to deliver high-impact outcomes.

    • Partner with Operations and Services teams to improve workflows and drive measurable business results.
    • Define how Superspace serves multiple user groups, from enterprise customers to internal creative and project teams.

    • Create cohesive product experiences by aligning work across multiple product teams and initiatives.

    • Shape AI-native workflows that combine human expertise, AI agents, and proprietary data.

    • Establish frameworks for prioritization, ensuring resources are focused on the highest-impact opportunities.

    • Prototype, validate, and iterate on product concepts in close collaboration with Design and Engineering.

    • Drive adoption, engagement, and efficiency through continuous product improvement.

    • Influence product strategy alongside senior leaders across Product, Engineering, and the executive team.


What You’ll Need to Succeed
    • 8+ years of product management experience, including 4+ years in Senior or Staff-level roles.

    • Experience leading complex B2B, platform, marketplace, AI, or workflow products.

    • Strong product judgment with a track record of delivering measurable business outcomes.

    • Deep curiosity about AI and hands-on experience working with AI-powered products and workflows.

    • Ability to balance the needs of customers, internal users, technical constraints, and business goals.

    • Strong product craft with a passion for building intuitive, high-quality user experiences.

    • Experience leading multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously in fast-paced environments.

    • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

    • Ability to work closely with technical teams and confidently discuss architecture, AI capabilities, and implementation trade-offs.

    • Experience using data and experimentation to drive product decisions.
