Staff Specialist Capacity Planning
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Secure subcontractors’ capacity and commitment to drive delivery fulfilment
- Drive subcon to meet planning KPIs targets defined
- Long term forecast (Business Scenario / Scenario Planning)
- Review flexibility (subcon-subcon split) in alignment with quarterlyrationalization results
- Align new products or make/buy decision with PUR & BE OPC
- Work closely with Biz Div in HQ on outsourcing plan / roadmap
- Near / Mid-term forecast (Production Program)
- Review and define Bottle neck in IFX planning system (SPL-UI)
- Secure and update capacity in IFX planning system (SPL-UI)
- Quarterly loading rationalization to optimize cost
- Align with internal stakeholders(eg. test segment) for non-turnkey production flow
- Work with Biz Divisions on outlook and allocation if needed
- Escalation management on capacity issue at subcons
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Graduate of Engineering or any business related course
- Effective writing and communications skills and able to interact with all levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Software with good knowledge on logistics, business process and relevant IT tools (SAP, Workstream)
- Customer oriented and good understanding of Supply Chain process, inventory control and management
- Good level of pro-activeness and able to handle subcon to management discussion
- Planning, coordination and scheduling production experience in manufacturing environment preferably semiconductor industry
