We are seeking an experienced<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Staff Systems Engineer<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>to lead the development, integration, and lifecycle management of next\-generation LiDAR sensor products. This is a highly technical individual contributor role with significant cross\-functional leadership responsibilities, combining hands\-on systems engineering with technical guidance across multidisciplinary teams.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

The ideal candidate will<\/span> <\/span><\/span>possess<\/span> <\/span><\/span>deep<\/span> <\/span><\/span>expertise<\/span> <\/span><\/span>in sensor systems, opto\-mechanical design, digital signal processing (DSP), and automotive systems engineering. You will own system architecture, requirements management, verification planning, and product integration activities while ensuring compliance with automotive standards including ASPICE, Functional Safety (ISO 26262), Cybersecurity (ISO/SAE 21434), and SOTIF (ISO 21448).<\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Own system architecture, requirements development, and design documentation for LiDAR sensor products.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

    • Ensure full traceability from top\-level performance requirements through subsystem specifications and implementation.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>

      • Define system interfaces, performance budgets, and verification strategies.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>

                                        • Define signal processing performance targets and verification criteria.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
                                          <\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>

                                          • Collaborate with algorithm teams to ensure seamless integration between sensing hardware and<\/span> <\/span><\/span>perception<\/span> <\/span><\/span>software.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

                                            System Modeling & Analysis<\/span><\/span><\/span>

                                            • Perform system modeling, simulation, trade studies, and performance analysis.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

                                              • Evaluate design alternatives and support architectural decision\-making.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
