Staff UX Designer

For our client, we are seeking a Staff UX Designer to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a healthcare environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $145,000 – $165,000 annually Responsibilities * Design and validate new user experiences for Cancer and Expert Second Opinion applications * Create high-fidelity interactive prototypes using AI * Conduct regular discovery research and usability tests * Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams on product feasibility * Promote a positive and resilient team culture * Incorporate and contribute to a design system with visual design Qualifications * Bachelor's or Master's in graphic design, HCI, UX, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience * 7+ years of experience designing apps with a strong portfolio * Experience in the healthcare industry * Aptitude for research and synthesis, including contextual inquiry * Excellent communication skills for presenting and articulating design decisions * Proficiency in design tools like Figma and FigmaMake * Strong visual design skills, including layout and typography Benefits * Competitive medical, dental, and vision coverage * Competitive 401(k) Plan with a generous company match * Flexible Time Off/Paid Time Off and 13 paid holidays * Life, Disability, and Supplemental Insurance options * Mental Health and Wellness benefits Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
