We are looking for a\n dynamic candidate with strong communication skills who could\n manage student and instructor operations. Daily activities include\n managing classes on a daily basis, ensuring smooth experience of\n both teachers and students, ensuring seamless daily\n workflow.<\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
Responsibilities:
<\/span><\/span><\/b>● Daily communicate with the faculty and make the day\-to\-day timetable and communicate it\nto the operation team.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>
● Faculty feedback needs to be taken once the batch is completed or during the batch. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
● Faculty are provided mementos on the last day or after the batch is completed <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
● Send reminders to faculty to resolve student doubts on the ArivuPro App. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
● Ensure all the travel, stay, learning materials, shirts, and equipment are arranged a day\nbefore the project for the faculty. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
● Ensure all the data are set up on Zoho as per the SOP. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
● The Operation Management Team oversees the arrangement and readiness of the\nclassroom, ensuring that writing materials, seating, and teaching aids are properly set up\nfor optimal learning. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
● Handle the setup of courses on the LMS platform, making certain that the online platform,\nincluding the recording feature, is functional.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

<\/b>● Proficiency in schedule management, resource allocation, and logistics coordination. <\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
● Hands\-on experience with ERP, Zoho Sprints/Projects, and Google Workspace (Sheets,\nDocs, Drive). <\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
● Ability to coordinate effectively between faculty, students, and internal teams. <\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills. <\/span><\/span>

● Comfortable using Learning Management Systems (LMS), online teaching platforms, and\napps for communication and scheduling.
