Stall Assistant (F&B Stall)

Responsibilities

• Take customer orders and provide service support
• Serve food and beverages
• Operate POS system and handle cashiering
• Maintain stall cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Assist with basic food and drink preparation
• Follow SOPs for service standards and operations
• Support opening and closing duties

Requirements

• Experience in F&B or customer service preferred
• Able to stand for extended periods
• Team player with good service attitude
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Basic communication skills

Working Hours

• 12-hour shift (including 2-hour break)
• 9:30 AM – 9:30 PM
• 6-day work week
• 1 rest day per week (rostered)

Salary Information

• Monthly Salary: $2,200 – $3,000

Breakdown

• Basic Salary: $2,200
• Store Bonus: $500 – $800 (subject to KPI)
• AWS (13th month bonus)
• Variable Bonus (performance-based)
