Startups Program Lead
You will build and lead the global startup program end-to-end, manage and mentor the program team, design and scale initiatives that drive adoption and engagement, and develop relationships with venture capital firms, accelerators, and founder communities. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to identify high-potential startups, establish pathways to expansion and retention, host events, advise founders, and bring founder insights back to inform product and go-to-market work.
Responsibilities
- Own and lead the global startup program strategy, roadmap, and execution
- Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing startup program team
- Design and scale programs to drive adoption, activation, and ongoing engagement
- Develop and grow relationships with venture capital firms, accelerators, incubators, and founder communities
- Partner with Sales to identify high-potential startups and support their progression into long-term customers
- Establish and track pathways from early adoption to deeper product usage, expansion, and retention
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Media, Partnerships, and Developer Relations to integrate the program into campaigns and content
- Identify opportunities to embed the platform into VC platforms, accelerator programs, and founder experiences
- Serve as a visible ambassador by hosting events, advising founders, and building long-term relationships
- Surface insights from founders and developers to inform product, marketing, and go-to-market strategies
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in programs, partnerships, or ecosystem roles
- Experience building and scaling programs from 0 to 1 with impact on marketing, growth, or revenue
- Proven experience managing or leading teams
- Strong track record of building strategic relationships with VCs, accelerators, and early stage companies
- Deep understanding of the startup ecosystem and the needs of founders and developer teams
- Ability to engage credibly with technical audiences across Engineering, Product, and Design
- Familiarity with modern frontend technologies (React, Next.js, Vite, Astro, Remix)
- Experience partnering with Marketing, Media, Sales, Product, and Engineering
- Data-driven mindset with experience defining success metrics and optimizing programs based on performance
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills
